What:
As a real estate agent, real estate broker, or real estate team member doing business in Santa Clara County you are entitled to 2 offers.
The first is known as your "Personal Use Benefit" (P.U.B.) and this entitles you to 20% off any fresh floral statement (design) with a retail value starting at $109 for anyone and for any reason. Delivery fees are not included in this offer.
The second offer is known as your "Listing Benefit Offer" (L.B.O.) and this entitles you to send the following items mentioned below as a gift from you and/or your team at no charge to you and/or your team:
- $150+ fresh floral design
- $50 complimentary gift card to our studio
To qualify for the L.B.O. you must be a real estate affiliate that is dealing with the purchase of a home listed at $1.8 million or more in Santa Clara County. The complimentary fresh floral design will be chosen by our design team. However, you can make suggestions about your client’s tastes & preferences when submitting your request. This offer can only be delivered to the listing address when the buyers have finally moved in. Delivery fees are waived for this offer!

- Real estate agents
- Real estate brokers
- Real estate team members (Need to be part of a team with a licensed agent or broker to take advantage of offer)
Allowing those who are not affiliates, to take advantage of your affiliate offers, will devalue your efforts.
